Mathew is an honours graduate from Monash University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and has a Master of Science from the University Of Melbourne. He joined Lord and Company in 2008 as a technical assistant and is undertaking studies to qualify as a Patent Attorney.

Zhi Ling has a PhD in the area of analytical/environmental Chemistry from The University of Queensland (UQ) which complements her Bachelor of Science degree (Honours in Chemistry) from the University of Western Australia (UWA). The research project at UQ seeded her awareness on the importance of intellectual property protection and commercialisation of research.

As a Registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney, Zhi Ling is fully prepared to advise her clients on all facets of protecting their intellectual property.

Founder of Lord and Company, Kelvin is a highly experienced and respected registered patent and trade mark attorney. With over 37 years of intellectual property expertise, he has represented a diverse range of national and international clients. In late 2003, Kelvin was recognised for his efforts by winning the State sponsored, WA Industry & Export Awards category - Small Business Management Excellence Award.

Daniel is an honours graduate from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics). Daniel's previous experience includes working as a technician and later as an electronics engineer in the aviation simulation industry.
