The Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012 (“The Act”) passed into law on 15 April 2012.  Most of the provisions of that Act will come into effect on 15 April 2013 except the experimental use and non use pharmaceutical regulatory exceptions.
